Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Participants canceling their registration in writing at least 72 hours in advance will be entitled to a refund, less a $25 administrative fee. No refund or credit will be given for cancellations of less than 72 hours before the conference or for notification of non-attendance after the conference.
Transfer Policy:
To transfer your full registration prior to the event, please submit a written request to conference@gruposalto.org. Only one transfer is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Questions? Consent to Use of Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in this event constitutes an agreement by the registrant, sponsors, exhibitors, and advertiser to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees' image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by the event organizers and other third parties, including but not limited to the venue.

Consentimiento al uso de Imagenes
La inscripción, asistencia o participación en este evento constituye un permiso por parte del/ de la participante al uso y distribución de imagenes, voz, video, reproducciones, etc. del / de la participante, para cualquier uso y por cualquier persona, organizador y otros terceros partidos asociados con la conferencia incluyendo el local.
