Participants who cancel their registration in writing at least 72 hours before the conference are eligible for a refund, less a $25 administrative fee. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations received fewer than 72 hours before the conference or for failure to attend without prior notice.
To transfer your registration before the event, please submit a written request to info@gruposalto.org. Only one transfer is permitted per original registrant. The person requesting the transfer is responsible for any outstanding balance or other financial obligations associated with the registration.

By registering for, attending, or participating in this event, registrants, sponsors, exhibitors, advertisers, and attendees consent to the use, publication, and distribution of their likeness, image, voice, and appearance in photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, electronic reproductions, and other media captured during the event. These materials may be used by the event organizers and third parties associated with the event, including, but not limited to, the venue.

Al inscribirse, asistir o participar en este evento, los participantes, patrocinadores, expositores, anunciantes y asistentes autorizan el uso, publicación y distribución de su imagen, voz y apariencia en fotografías, grabaciones de video, grabaciones de audio, reproducciones electrónicas y otros medios captados durante el evento. Estos materiales podrán ser utilizados por los organizadores del evento y por terceros relacionados con el mismo, incluyendo, entre otros, el recinto donde se lleve a cabo el evento.
